CRUNCHY ALMOND TARTLETS
Blitz together in your processor equal amounts of Butter, Sugar and ground almonds. Then place a heaped teaspoon of mixture in each mince pie section on your tray. Place in a preheated oven at 160 for 12 minutes! NO LONGER! Remove from oven and leave to cool for approximately 10 mins. They remove from tray while still slightly soft! The tartets/cups will harden up as they cool. They will slightly dip in the centre. You can fill them with freshly whipped cream and fruit or simply eat them on their own! DELICIOUS! TIP = This mixture keeps ages in your fridge! But has to soften before you can spoon it into trays!
